Anything unnecessary or secondary has been removed or obscured.

First-time users can figure it out without a manual. Patterns are familiar and logical.
Users can move fast. No unnecessary friction, steps, or cognitive overhead.
User achieves intended goals with minimal or no error, confusion, or delay.
